I've an agnostic buddy who asked me this question.
In heaven do you have "free will"?

I told him I'm sure I don't know.

To answer the question, I don't see why we wouldn't have free will.

SM, don't you know that in heaven everyone will have an amazing singing voice?

Well okay, and everyone will have an amazing humming voice as well.

In Catholicism, we will not be able to sin in heaven because the immeasurable and unimaginable beauty of the Beatific Vision will so indescribable, we will not be able to look away, and hence sin.

So, in general, the answer would seem to be "no". This also based on the Catholic dogma, "There is no merit or demerit following death." Based on the Scripture, "Behold, the night cometh, when no man can work." At death, the soul fixes immutably and eternally on the last end chosen prior to the instant of death.

Yes. There is no person without free will, only a puppet.

I do agree we can't sin in Heaven, but that wasn't the question. The question is if there is free-will or not. Wouldn't it be best to start with here? I'm quite convinced we have free-will here. What of Heaven then? Will it destroy that which is good on Earth or will it perfect it?

It could be that the two were thrown together because of something that I was expecting to see when I opened this thread. Our wills are so corrupted that we can't imagine having free-will and not being able to sin. Who can blame us? We're all experts by now! However, I do believe we will have true free-will in Heaven because we will truly be what we were meant to be in Heaven.

So the answer is yes, we do have free-will in Heaven, and maybe when we grasp what a transformation God will enact in us so that we do not sin or even want to sin, we will have our awe and wonder further increased.

On balance I think we'll have a "free-er" will as we'll no longer be limited by our sin natures. Every act of worship towards God will be a turn, unfettered sacrifice of praise coming from a clarity unburdened by the Curse.

I'm looking forward to it!
