Wonder what would happen if someone walked around with a sign like that? Would the dispies run out of their cars and confront the preterist street preacher with threats of eternal damnation for a change? That'd be a fun little role reversal...

That'd be a fun little role reversal...The majority of Christians who witnessed that in a day, as they passed by, and thought "Is this one of those crazy end of the world guys ?" wouldn't know what the sign held up meant.

It is so sad, you are correct. I have rarely talked to anyone who knows scripture. That is why I come to this site and others. I may disagree with the sign but I would respect the study that went into making the opinion.

The same majority would be scratching their heads about the first guy's sign too (see the OP cartoon). "Learn to cope" ?

"I am coping. What does that have to do with the end of the world ? Cope with what...ya weirdo ?!"

That'd be a fun little role reversal...It sure would be a role reversal. We preterists, after all, when not posting here at TWeb, are running out of our cars and threatening dispensationalists with eternal damnation.

Role reversal alright. :thumb:
