A note before proceeding: What you are about to read is based on an experience I had while praying and journaling, the description you will encounter has been created in my imagination based upon my encounter with an indescribable power.
“The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light, but if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light in you is darkness, how great is the darkness!” (Matthew 6:22 – 6:23)
I have seen with my own eyes a great darkness! Darkness so hideous, evil, wicked, slithering, and stealthy it defies description. In the entire history of the world there has only been one person more powerful than the Darkness I was able to see. Jesus Christ was and is that person!
Even though it defies description permit me to as best I can describe it. First of all it had the appearance of a Black Hole with in human form. Black Holes according to the Columbia University Encyclopedia are, “of such intense gravity that it attracts everything near it and in some instances prevents everything, including light from escaping.” That will give you an overall idea of what I saw. Now I’ll do my best to go into more details.
The eyes quickly drew my attention they were slate gray and had what I would call a death look in them and in the center was a pulsating red orb that as they pulsed they seemed to tug on my heart with a tremendous amount of indescribable power. I have to tell you I sure was glad I’d been spending time with God in prayer otherwise I’m not sure what would have happened!
The Black Hole Form was tall and thin and had a cloak the same color as his eyes. And it was using the cloak to draw things into its Black Abyss that formed its body. It had only two legs that were long and thin. All four arms like the legs were long and thin and at the end of each of them was a hand with six long fingers that reminded me of the leads used on EKG machines. When they touched something it froze then the cloak would surround what it touched and pulled it into its body.
But there is one thing the Black Hole Form that differed from the Black Holes in space the Black Hole Form only drew in the contents of peoples hearts leaving them with a gray stone cold lifeless heart.
Well that pretty much sums up what I saw and as I stated it actually was indescribable. As my prayer time with God continued the great light that was surrounding me continue to illuminating the mechanics of how this Black Hole Form impacted the lives of persons who cannot see it. What really makes the Black Hole Form so dangerous is its ability to attach its evilness to people whose heart light has been absorbed by it.
I think it best to tell you how all this came about. While I was writing in my Blessing Journal last night I was answering this question. Remembering that some of your most dangerous enemies are not physical but mental and spiritual how can God best help you in your struggles with them?
I answered the question with one word – Workplace. The instant I finished typing the word is the instant I saw the Black Hole Form – but at the same time I saw much, much more. Normally when we think of our workplaces we see them as two different factions – the work force and management as long as the economy is strong the relationship between the two is one where P & L which stands for People and Lives. However, when the economy becomes weaker and weaker P & L slowly turns to Profit and Loss and the relationship of workforce to management becomes strained until suddenly both become evil monsters in each others eyes and affix the blame on each other.
But here’s the kicker – both are victims, because in reality management is part of the workforce not separate from it as we want to think. People and Lives become Profit and Lives not under the auspices of human power but under the power humanities inability to see the Black Hole Form doing what it does best absorbing the elements and resources within the human heart to guard the value of each human life.
People spend their entire lives blaming other people leading to interpersonal conflicts, wars within nations, wars pitting nation against nation, wars within families, management / labor difficulties, lack of trust, human oppression and marginalization, depression, disillusionment, and a host of other evil and wicked acts – yet persons are victims – victims of the Black Hole Form I able to see with God’s Illuminating Light.
How do we fight such an evilness – a better question yet is can we fight it?
Can we fight it? NO! We cannot fight it and any attempt to do so will end in disaster! Besides how we fight something we cannot see?
How, then can such an evilness be fought? Young David’s battle with Goliath gives us the answer of how the Black Hole Form MUST be fought. “…and that all this assembly may know that the LORD saves not with sword and spear. For the battle is the LORD's, and he will give you into our hand.” (1st Samuel 17:47, emphasis added)
“For the battle is the LORD's,” It is here where we humans run into difficulty because either our faith is weak or our inquisitive nature will not simply let God do what he does best – fight our spiritual battles for us.
There are those in our world that do not think themselves as spiritual our anyone else spiritual for that matter but here’s the truth – everyone is spiritual – everyone! Anyone who thinks differently has been duped by the Black Hole Form.
But how do we turn our spiritual battles over to God? At what point do we turn our battles over to God?
One of the first things we need to realize is that when we think we’re not being spiritually attacked we have been duped by the Black Hole Form into thinking that all is well. The onslaught is unending with the Apostle Paul saying it best in his letter to the Ephesians. “For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” (Ephesians 6:12)
But Paul did not stop with just enlightening us, but giving us powerful instructions on how to turn our spiritual battles over to God and what to do as the unseen battle ensues. “Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. In all circumstances take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming darts of the evil one; and take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints…”(Ephesians 6:13 – 6:18)
“…praying at all times in the Spirit.” Here’s the key that unleashes the light needed to not only understand what Paul was writing about but also to see the Spiritual Forces the 6th Chapter of 2nd Kings refers to, “When the servant of the man of God rose early in the morning and went out, behold, an army with horses and chariots was all around the city. And the servant said, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?” He said, “Do not be afraid, for those who are with us are more than those who are with them.” Then Elisha prayed and said, “O LORD, please open his eyes that he may see.” So the LORD opened the eyes of the young man, and he saw, and behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire all around Elisha.” (2nd Kings 6:15 – 6:17, emphasis added)
Some day I’d like to see with my human eyes all the Spiritual Forces that surround me but for now I’ll be content to just believe and trust that God and his Host are waging all my spiritual battles for me. But one thing I never want to lose sight of and that is the Black Hole Form because as long as I can see him I know that on my behalf God is winning.
Before ending to reiterate that the Black Hole Form is not only in the workplace but anywhere people interact with each other, families, communities, on the highways, shopping places, recreational places, and other places I’ve not thought of.
One last word – before placing blame on anyone it might be a good thing if you muster up the courage to pray and ask God to show you the Black Hole Form. And when he does email me your description!
