Here's a list of a bunch of quicklook plugins—files that enhance the ability of Quicklook to, you know, quickly look at stuff.
Most of them are as simple as dragging the .qlgenerator file into the /Library/Quicklook/ directory. Others, such as the Matroska extention, involve editing Quicktime's .app package contents, so do so at your own risk. (I use VLC for Matroska files anyway, but Quicklook uses Quicktime to preview videos.)
