After he (Jesus) had come down from the mountain large crowds followed him. Suddenly a man with a virulent skin-disease came up and bowed low in front of him, saying, "Lord, if you are willing, you can cleanse me." Jesus stretched out his hand and touched him saying, "I am willing. Be cleansed." And his skin-disease was cleansed at once. Then Jesus said to him, "Mind you tell no one, but go and show yourself to the priest and make the offering prescribed by Moses, as evidence to them." {Matthew 8:1 - 8:4 NJB}
Jesus went into the wilderness alone so you wouldn't have to. Following the dictates of the Holy Spirit Jesus stepped into the wilderness human life walking the steep rugged rocks of adversity, across the hot sands of hopelessness for you. He not only risked it all he gave it all for you! Jesus pulls out all the stops to ensure you have every opportunity to walk with him in God's Celestial Kingdom!
Today Jesus like a runner poised and ready to spring from the starting gate waits patiently for the four letter word that will send him running full force into your life.
