Excellent studies on Christianity

No I have not.
and this may sound strange but I have only read the summaries.
But I am just so thirsty for correct gospel and so happy that I have found these books that I had to share it.

Amy, I don't want to sound harsh here, but don't you think you should read the books before you endorse them? They might not be excellent at all.

Piper's two books are good, if retreads of his previous work. Not sure who the other person is.

Other than his slightly Calvinistic bent, I find his material theologically sound. I haven't read this particular book, but I've listened to some sermons available online, and he's pretty smart.

Sorry this post may be a little late, but I was thrown a little off guard when I saw my pastor (Charles Leiter) being mentioned.

I would highly recommend Charles's book Justification and Regeneration, and not just because he's my pastor. I've been to many churches throughout my life, but I never had a clue about what Biblical Christianity meant until I started going to Lake Road. This book was written specifically for Christians looking to get a more Biblical perspective on their salvation. However, it is a very easy book to read, so any theologian or non-theologian can get something out of it.
