I'm a full time husband, test grader so Gail can get some sleep, an ocassioanl lab assistant for Gail's department, and an off-and-on cook for her.

Haven't worked in years

Is "Putting in the hours" the same as working for a living?

Teaching can be a 24-hour-a-day job if you let it. I really enjoy teaching as it lets me combine my two favorite things (aside from Bob :TwoSmiliesHeart: and my family) - science and kids. I enjoy kids of all ages, but I really love working with teenagers.

Health problems. To be able to be a good teacher you need to have a healthy state of mind and body.....I haven't got both at this point in my life.....

I work on call and there is no average number of hours I work. This weeks example: Thursday-9hrs, Friday-0hrs. I get paid if I don't go on any calls so if that happens I can do my homework so I don't flunk out of college.

I'm a 9-5er. Of course, if you deduct the time I steal from the company to check in at TWeb, I think I'm down to about 25 hours a week! :nc:

I'm currently unemployed. Looking for a job. Have a few leads including one from my church that looks promising.

I'm up to 40, but that doesn't take all my other work into account ... I am a 24/7/365 in addition to now working outside the home
