Strengths: Strong foreign policy experience, straight shooter when it comes to talking to the press, good experience overall

Weaknesses: Tends to say stupid things or say things stupidly, he is a Senator (no Senator-Senator ticket has won the White House other than JFK-LBJ, executives tend to win), his experience highlights Obama's lack of experience
