Yes, in my latter teen years. Though I thought about it a great deal, I never seriously planned it. I did research how to do it with the least pain and mess, courtesy of the local library's copy of "Final Exit." In finally got past the worst of it, but have lived with a lesser-known form of depression ever since -- dysthymia.
