What're you eating/fixing tonight?
I just made homemade pizza bread. Not really what I'd like to have, but I don't feel like cooking.

You made your own bread and you don't call it cooking? If I did that I would think I was Julia Childs!

Tonight: El Pollo Loco. yum.

Well I was impressed with your cooking for a little while anyway.:) But you had to put it in the oven which counts for something!

EPL is spanish for "The Crazy Chicken". It's a fast food chain with surprisingly healthy food. Flame broiled chicken, beans, and rice which you can roll into a tortilla. The rest of the country really needs some! Write your congressman!

My diner dinner turned out to be "Angel Chicken," which was grilled chicken with sauteed mushrooms (in honor of R00bs) and bacon coverd with melted mozzarella cheese and served with honey mustard. Except for the honey, it was totally acceptable for the Atkins diet.

Eh, I don't think the Adkins diet is a great idea. Yeah, it eliminates fat, but the plaque from all the fatty foods stays in your arteries whether or not your body burns off the fat

Then again, as soon as I start caring about my weight, the adkins diet would be my favorite choice by far:lol:

As for me, I had a potato with 3 helpings of chili, 2 dollops of sour cream, and a bit of graded cheese, then 4 homemade cookies.

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone...

But nothing compares to the healthy dinners

Carles Junior Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger, extra bacon, with large fries, large lemonade (I'd say soda but hey, I'm a health nut), and for dessert a Starbucks Vente White Chocolate Mocha.

Ohhhh man, I'm hungry :duh: :duh:
