:yipee:

The flat-panel screen is taking a little getting used to. The upgrade from 400mhz to 2.4ghz is a going lot smoother. :teeth:

I hooked up my router so I could get a full 100mbps over the network for copying over all my old files. Between MP3s, audio samples, recorded guitar tracks, compressed video, and some other miscellaneous debris it took almost THREE HOURS to copy over everything.

I don't deal with many Macs in my field. We have one Mac on the help desk at work and it hasn't even been turned on since January. People have to call in to get their login/passwords setup and maybe 1 out of 1000 tells us they are running Mac OS.

This new computer is for work... or did you shell out the money for the flat panel yourself?

/me wonders how hard that is to understand.... :shifty:
