I don't care if it's christian or even related to the holidays, I love cuddling up and watching movies that capture the spirit of the holidays, or winter.
Here are the ones topping my list this year:
The old Rudolph movies (Mr. Green Christmas!)
The Gospel of John (just came out on video, worth buying if you can't rent it. Also makes a great gift: www.gospelofjohnthefilm.com/store/FeaturedItems.aspx)
The Bishop's Wife
What are some other great ones?

Christmas Carol (I like the one with Geroge C. SCott, though the older ones keep the Christian imagery Dicken's used.
Home Alone (okay its sappy adn stupid, but still got to watch it.

A Charlie Brown Christmas (1965)
A Christmas Carol (1982, George C. Scott) **This version makes the born-again message VERY clear, I think.
