Time management

This question is for anyone remotely organized. I am currently a stay-at- home mom, but soon I will be returning to school and work. I don't know how I am going manage to have any quality time with my children. I am hoping someone can offer tips for time management, or time saving strategies? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
