There was an item on the news last night about 16th Street Foundry United Methodist Church in Washington (Pastor Philip Wogaman) and it's plans for civil disobedience. Bush is a member of the denomination apparently, and attends here.

lol. That's both funny and ironic! There are those on here who would make the claim that opposing this war is unAmerican. I guess they tend to forget that civil opposition is protected by the US Constitution. Somehow that tells me that part of being American is in our supposed right to not agree with our government. But the warmongers would not have it so.

You know, I have no problem with protest. But calling all war supporters war mongers.... That bugs me a little.

I'm not calling all war supporters warmongers. I use that term for the more extreme supporters, the ones who are quick to accuse anyone opposed to the war as anti-American and who are eager to stomp on the rights of anti-war people to express themselves. Note that I use both terms in my posts, and only use "warmonger" in reference to those I've described here.
