Charats prim. root to point sharply, i.e. (lit.) to wound; fig. to be alert, to decide: --be stir self, decide, decree, determine, main, move.

Choq : an enactment; hence an appointment (of time, space, quantity, labor or usage): -- appointed, bound, commandment, convenient, custom, decree, due, law measure x neccessary, ordinance, portion, set time. statue, task.
