I need your help finding articles on a movement. What I'm looking for are newspaper and/or internet articles on this movement. I do not need articles from within the movement. (I can get those myself.)

For years now, I've been studying the Postmodern movement in the church. It is an effort by the church to leave the modernistic, non-denominational, pre-packaged Christianity, and blend liturgy, Church history and modern art forms and musical styles to make a laid back, comfortable church setting. (Sorry,I cannot do it justice with my words.)

Currently 'leaders' in this movement are folks like Spencer Burke, Leonard Sweet, and Brian McLaren. If you need info. on the movement, the best site I know of is http://www.theooze.com

What I'm looking for exactly are articles like the following.
http://news.bostonherald.com/localRegional/view.bg?articleid=3023
http://www.miami.com/mld/miamiherald/news/local/states/florida/counties/broward_county/8074970.htm

Thanks......truthman

I strongly suspect we know each other from TheOoze.

would you be interested in corralary articles I've found in theological journals?

There was a great debate in the Journal of the Stone Campbell Journal between my old mentor Philip Kenneson and some professor in IL. The debate centered around the aspects of what "Truth" is ... kinda.... hard to explain.

If your interested I can find out dates etc.

No, I doubt we know each other from TheOoze. I registered there a long time ago, but only made a couple posts. Just to get familiar with the movement.

Yes, as much of those articles would be helpful too.

Thanks.

I don't know of any, but I'd be interested in seeing the results. I consider myself a post-modern Victorian.
