I love this Country!

I am not a Country girl. I was raised in S.California on the beach. In school guys would beat up anyone who showed up in a cowboy hat. Anyway, I must give country credit where country deserves it. There are just some songs that are awesome.

I have yet to hear a country song that I liked. Roots music and old-time western music has a special place in my heart though. Reminds me of my grandpa.

I got into country music alot in the past year.

Charlie Daniels is definately my favorite country artist, and I like some George Straight, Garth Brooks, Dixie Chicks (Though I've taken a break from listening to them after the whole George Bush comment), and The Bacon Brothers. Most people who hate country just don't understand it.
