It is too early to give an answer to this reported discovery. This is on the new dinosaur bird that was on CNN just a few days ago. It has been PURCHASED in the exact same area as the Archaeoraptor. Same scientist found the Microraptor gui.

"Flying birds evolved from a group of bipedal dinosaurs. The latest fossil discoveries from China indicate that the dinosaurian ancestors of birds had four wings - and that these animals glided rather than flapped." This "discovery" includes the name of "XING XU," who is responsible for the fraudulent "ARCHAEORAPTOR: FEATHERED DINOSAUR," which has been reported by both ICR and AIG:
"ARCHAEORAPTOR: FEATHERED DINOSAUR FROM NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC DOESN'T FLY"
(IMPACT No. 321 March 2000), by Steven A. Austin, Ph.D.
"National Geographic Society is widely known as one of the most important promoters of the theory of organic evolution in the eyes of the public. Louis and Richard Leakey might have remained obscure paleoanthropologists except that their research on fossil evidence for human evolution was generously funded and heavily publicized by the National Geographic Society. Now the idea that birds are simply feathered theropod dinosaurs is the prominent evolutionary doctrine being promoted by the society. Continued

Yet another new 'feathered' dinosaur? (From Answers In Genesis,
www.answersingenesis.org) "Recently, some researchers in China reported on a fossil, given the name Sinornithosaurus millenii. It is a member of a Velociraptor-like dinosaur
type called a dromaeosaur, had a skull about 13 cm long, and was found in the Yixian formation in western Liaoning, China, and thought to be early Cretaceous. But the most exciting claim for the evolutionists is traces of supposed downy feathers, which are alleged to support the prevailing dogma that dinosaurs evolved into birds. This explains the name, meaning bird-like
dinosaur of the millennium from China. Continued at

The Bible clearly states that both dinosaurs and Mankind were made on the sixth day of creation, according to the first chapter of Genesis, leaving no room for evolution. Note, too, that reptiles were made AFTER birds in the Genesis creation, and not according to evolution.
ICR is waiting for further information, but is nonetheless confident that this discovery will not contradict the Biblical account of creation.
