I am thinking Sacramento is the best team in basketball. They were the better, though less experienced, team last year, and I really do not think anyone can stop them this year.
What do you think?

It's the Mavericks year all the way. The Lakers are a joke this year (so far--Kobe isn't). I'm pro-Mavericks, anti-all else. They've got the best record, best free throws, best scoring, MVP candidate, defense improved, best point guard in the league....they're going all the way.

Umm, Nash is not even the best point guard in the West, let alone the league.
How about one Gary Payton?
As for the East, Jason Kidd.
'Nough said.
Oh, let me know when the Mavs actually BEAT Sacramento.

Ohhh no. Nash is the best in the league. Wait till the next time we see Sacramento--then wait for the playoffs. The Mavs just snapped the Spurs 9 game winstreak. They can take the best teams now. Now that the trade worry is over--they're going all the way.

Remember that the Rockets won their 2nd championship from the 6th seed...
I think Shaq missing camp and a big part of the season has slowed them, but they're coming on strong, now.
I think the maturation of Karim Rush will be key.
Other contenders include Indiana, Dallas, Sacramento.

Dallas' championship is secure now. They just proved they can beat Sacramento, and Nash proved himself way better than Mike Bibby. Can't wait to wax San Antonio on Thursday.

Ohhh, Dallas finally beat Sacramento on their, what, 8th try?
One win hardly a championship makes. Dallas can have homecourt all it wants in the playoffs, they will not make it past the conference chamionships, assuming they do not play the Lakers before that.
