I have heard many interpretations of Kepha's (peter) dream. I have found some interesting symbols in studying Judaism and prophecy, and I'd like to possibly hear some of your interpretations of Kepha's dream first...

I believe the meaning of the dream to be found in the timing of the men arriving at the gate.
(NASB) Acts 10:
17 Now while Peter was greatly perplexed in mind as to what the vision which he had seen might be, behold, the men who had been sent by Cornelius, having asked directions for Simon's house, appeared at the gate
18 and calling out, they were asking whether Simon, who was also called Peter, was staying there.
19 While Peter was reflecting on the vision, the Spirit said to him, "Behold, three men are looking for you.
20 "But get up, go downstairs and accompany them without misgivings, for I have sent them Myself."
(Bolding mine.)
The question must be asked: why did the Spirit tell Peter to have no misgivings regarding the men who were coming? It is therefore assumed, since the dream indicates that the "unclean" (an association not only with certain foods, but also with Gentiles in general) are now--using the word loosly--acceptable to God (see verse 14), that the dream is referencing the Gentiles and the Gospel that should not be withheld from them.
Quite simply, I see the dream to be representing the availability of the Gospel to all people, Jew or Gentile.
I hope this helps!
