He provides an inexhaustible supply of humor, but much of it is lost here, as even the most small-minded of the YEC crowd on this board seems to recognize him as the snake-oil salesman that he is. Strange that they can recognize such a thing, yet not be unable to recognize the snake-oil that line their own shelves, but that is a different discussion.

I have found myself to be mostly sympathetic with gud ol' Kent as regards his legal problems with the city planning flunkies, and even the tenant problems he had last summer.

His mindless pervarication about sciences like geology, biology, astronomy, physics, anthropology, and every other science that I can think of, leaves me hoping that he continues his "ministry" to humiliate YECdom.

I know that is a mean thing to wish for, but I am merely pond slime.

Well I appreciate that you recognize that Hovind has not been touted as an authority here by the YEC representatives, myself included. I am glad you had the honesty to point that out. The implicit guilty by association of some others who shall rename nameless is uncalled for. It would be as if I associated someone in favor of cloning with Raellian crowd.

The Raelians don't actually make any claims wilder than those of orthodox Christianity. In fact, some of theirs are more believable. I'm surprised at the media backlash.
