View Full Version : Tapioca Pudding Made With Soymilk

Turns out great! Since tapioca is in itself a thickener I used the regular recipe on the "Minute Tapioca" box substituting soy milk (Sun Soy Unflavored) and added about a teaspoon of cornstarch.

It tastes exactly the same as made with 2% or whole milk but without the additional dairy I don't need!
