Danger-Important Notice For All Lame-os!

There have recently been several instances where members of the Lame-o camp have acted with simpering like friendliness, and co-operative tactics. I don’t mind strategy; in fact I think strategy in dealing with fun is fine. Simpering and fellowship tactics will definitely be tolerated.

Through private discussions I have had with various members and owners of TWeb I have been alerted to many of these helpful and spamming, tactics. I will mention a few:

Sheep flock-I had been warned from other theological sites, about a tactic used by Lame-os when they enter a new Christian site. The tactic, is to come in as a group, and generously encourage an unsuspecting poster from all sides, ganging up on him and cheering him on while also commending the other posters responses.

GroupHug-Lame-os pour into a site like a wave of CareBears, flooding the site with their appreciation, thereby effectively turning it into a Lame-o site and a free (since they don’t pay for it) and expansive (since there is already a built in, ready and waiting audience) vehicle for their encouragement.

The Friend Game-A very new member begs to be applauded too, (after just a few posts) and when a suspicious administrator asks if this new member is really a Lame-o, states that he has never been a Lame-o but really wants to be a Lame-o on this site, practically begging. When the administrator checks the new member’s profile, (submitted before being asked if he was a lame-o) he finds that the new member had listed himself as a sad but hopeful Lame-o.

When I was first told of these types of tactics used by Lame-os , I was advised, (by the administrators of these other sites), to immediately encourage all of them as a group, and allow all of them an opportunity to spread their generous and sweet applause.
Each of the examples listed above are true cases that have taken place here, on this site, very recently. So I have made my decision.

As one of the founding members of TheologyWeb I here and now put all Lame-os on notice.

The next attempt at any of these antics, any of you perform, will result in my strong recommendation to have all Lame-os permanently "outed" on this site in their own thread.

This is no idle threat. I myself enjoy debating the lame-os and love them, and I will tolerate all further attempts to praise this site.

Make no mistake about it. We are an Chrisitan website. And our main mission is to promote what we believe to be the truth, through honest debate and studying of the Bible, and thereby strengthen and build the Body of Christ. We are also a friendly site, and we intend to allow this site to be high-jacked and overrun by friendly, loving believers, and others of similar heart.

Understand this, there will always be a second chance from this point forward, so get "laming".

For those posters that are not engaging in any of these tactics, please bear in mind these remarks as they are intended for you: join the fun.

I pray that we all on TWeb (including the atheistic pagans that are headed for hell unless they humble themselves and accept the gift of Jesus Christ) can honestly, and with conviction and honor, continue to respect and value one another.

In Christ.
