It's true, it's true, the Mods have made it clear
The spamming must be perfect all year
A law was made a distant moon ago here
The Dorm and The Gym cannot be too hot
And there's a legal limit to the posts there
In Spamelot
The flaming is forbidden cos we're friends
and rudeness we just cannot abide
By order Lameness is the way this site tends
In Spamelot
Spamelot, Spamelot
I know it sounds a bit bizarre
But in Spamelot, Spamelot
That's how conditions are
Take it to the bridge DD
Spamelot, Spamelot
I know it gives a person pause
But in Spamelot, Spamelot
Those are the legal laws
The care must always slush upon the hillside
By nine PM the members must appear
In short, there's simply not a more congenial spot
For happy ever-aftering than here in Spamelot

The origins of Spam Fu are unknown. Unlike what some may believe, it did not start in a China shop. The tradition goes back further, or so modern practitioners claim. In this article I will briefly describe the system and leave its history to those who are better able to account for it.
The opening salute in Spam Fu is called the Grand Ultimate. Posture here is important. One must sit erect, preferably in the lotus position, facing the monitor, with fingers lightly resting on an angled keyboard. Holding the tongue to the top of the mouth, one must recite the opening pledge three times clearly but slowly, enunciating each word, “Let there be Spam.” Don’t worry if you come close to swallowing your tongue. You will get used to it as you practice more often. Also, you can slouch all you want after making the salute. It is just necessary to acquire the correct frame of mind to generate ‘gee’ (which is a form of metaphysical energy).
There are 5 movements or maneuvers in Spam Fu based on the Five Elements: water, fire, air, earth, and metal.
Water spam is like, well, a liquid. It flows here and there, meandering as it goes. It takes the shape of that which it spams. It is subtle, sensuous, wet and wild and sometimes carbonated.
Fire spam is swift and direct. It starts as a tickle then consumes that which it spams. It spreads so fast it is sometimes difficult to separate the spam from what it refers to.
Air spam is buoyant and light. It touches but does not change what it touches. It is best used on the intake and not on the uptake.
Earth spam is rough and ready when first delivered then quickly turns into a clingy substance that will smother what it spams.
Metal spam is sharp and poky. It cleaves and divides and divides and divides and… you get the idea… what it spams. The other four must first be practiced to a reasonable degree before one can successful pull off a metallic spam.
Spam Fu is useful in a variety of ways. Newer and better applications are being discovered every day. Spam fests have been held in honor of the tradition.
Beware of those who claim to be Spam Fu masters and are not. Fortunately they are easy to spot. They spam email since they usually can’t spam on a forum.
