Hi, there is a ? over on the science section called 'YEC and TE both right?' and I post a link that is by a 'Gerald Schroeder' and he speaks from a Jewish perspective, so I would appreciate your input, if you wish, about his ideas, and perhaps clarifying them for us if need be, and what you think of what he says.
(It is under 'Cosmogony')
Thanks.

Gerald Schroeder's work, while not perfect, is absolutely amazing. Are you wanting a basic summary of it?

Well that's because Schroeder is 100% Religious, yet 100% Scientific :D

What web sites would you recommend of his.
Do you have a summary of his work? Do you agree with his work?

To be honest, I've only read part of one of his books. I think I lost them in the move, but I'll clean my room (gasp!) and see if I can find them. You should be able to find the books in paperback for like 10$.
To make his argument extremely small, he argues that the perspective of the creation was from god's perspective on time, which would be different than ours due to big bang/quantum phsyics stuff, and that from that point on it was from a human perspective. My memory is fuzzy on it, cause it's been like a year since i've read his stuff.
His site is at:

There are a few articles on his site, which I haven't read yet, which may be edifying.

Thank you. I have been reading a book about the history of Judaism in Canada called 'A Coat of Many Colours' by Irving Arbella, and found some interesting info I thought you'ld like to know. Cecil Hart, who was a descendant of Aaron Hart, one of the first Jewish settlers in Montreal, he started or created the Montreal Canadians and was their coach in the 1920's & 30's. The Hart Trophy, for Most Valuable Player in the NHL is named after Cecil.
The first charities in Canada was started by Jewish women groups. And the first Jewish settlement was in Halifax, 1752, there were 30 Jewish people in the city.
