Another Report From Praise!

Ok, folks-I'm on a roll here! I have another big report of how God works in the lives of believers! The Christian radio Station here in Madison, recently had a special fund raiser. Their building needed a new roof, the air conditioning & heating was bairly keeping up with demands, & upgrades needed to be done with their electrical systems. This past Monday & Tuesday, the had a 15 hour mini-marathon to raise $66,000 to make all the needed improvements! On Monday, they were able to raise close to $46,000, in a 12 hour period. That meant that on Tuesday, they had 3 hours to come up with $20,000 to meet their goal. Well, to make a long story short, God does indeed provide all that we need to keep going! Not only did they raise the additional $20,00, but they SURPASSED, IT, FOR A GRAND TOTAL OF ALMOST $73,000! PRAISE GOD! In addition to this, this station had helped a couple of years ago to help start up a Christian radio station in MONGOLIA! Well, earlier this year, that station had suffered from a devastating fire, & was virtually totaled! 10% of our total is going to go to help this radio station rebuild, so that we may continue to reach the Mongolian people!:smile: I also became a supporter of this Madison station! I can't begin to tell you how important this radio station, (WNWC 102.5FM www.wnwc.org) has become to me, since I came back to the Lord, back in January! I leave for work at 3am every morning that I have to work, & the music that they play during the early morning hours is such a blessing to me! There have been several times that I have found myself singing along with the songs while I have been driving, & found myself crying by the end of them! ALL GLORY TO OUR WONDERFUL LORD & SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST FOR CHRISTIAN RADIO STATIONS! They really can help change & encourage lives! I know that WNWC does for me!

What Christian Radio Stations do you have in your area? What are their frequencies, & web addresses? How has Christian radio affected you? What are their call letters? I would really like to know! Thanx!

I like KLOVE, a national Christian station. Of course, I don't get to listen to the radio as I would like.

In the UK there aren't a lot of xian radio stations, however crossrythms can be accessed via cable or sattelite. That station rocks

DJ-Thanx so much! Isn't it amazing that even across the ocean, I still feel like you are still right here? Praise God for the internet! When I see that you are encouraged by what I said, that is such a blessing to me! I give all the praise & glory to our Savior & Lord, Jesus! Only through Him could miracles like this happen! Dawnghost-you are amazing! All the Glory goes to our loving Savior, Jesus Christ! I am nothing without Him, & I am not the least bit ashamed to admit that! I was reading my first initial posts that I had made when I first joined Theology Online, & I am in absolute awe of how much God has changed me in the past 5 months! THANK-YOU, JESUS! I never thought that anything like this could ever happen to me! I have had my ups & downs since I came back to the Lord, but He has remained faithful, & because I have chosen to trust Him as compleatly as is possible, He has blessed me beyond my wildest dreams!:smile: It is a double blessing to me, when I see that people have either been encouraged and/or blessed by something that I had said-only it's not me saying it-it is God saying it, & that is what is so totally wonderful! That the Creator of the ENTIRE universe would speak through me! That alone is enough for any Christian to be in awe of! And the best part-I KNOW that He isn't done with me yet! I want His will! I want to be totally used by my Savior! The Bible says-'DELIGHT THYSELF IN THE LORD, & HE WILL GIVE YOU THE DESIRES OF THINE HEART". My ONLY desire is to reach out to those who are hurting, depressed, & lonely. This is why I am taking those ministirial courses-so that I can better convey God's WORD to those very people-& I am excited beyond belief to start these courses! God bless you so much, my beloved sister!
