NSM Statement of Faith
We believe that there is one God, eternally existing in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
We believe that the Bible is God's written and living word to man and that it is inspired, authoritative, and without error.
We believe in the deity of Christ Jesus, His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, and death on the cross to allow for our redemption. His full resurrection to life and ascension into heaven, and His return to earth in power and glory.
We believe that man was created in the image of God, but because of sin, was separated from God. That separation was destroyed through the gift God gave us in the death and resurrection of Christ. Eternal life is accepting through faith God's gift of salvation, which was made possible by Christ's death. Eternal life begins now, the instant we choose to take upon ourselves the name and identity of Jesus not at some later date when we leave this world.
