This ( http://www.perseus.tufts.edu/cgi-bin/perscoll?collection=Perseus:collection:PersInfo&type=interactive+resource ) may help you translate much of it yourself. If I have time tomorrow (or someone else doesn't do it first) I'll see what I can do (using same resource). Can't help with abbreviations without looking at list in Liddel Scott (buried in some box in storage--ARGHGH!)

Every single abreviation in LS is in the beginning of LS. Some of those are scriptural references, but most are secular works (Heraclites and Heroditus are the first two, for example).

Yeah, I was using the online site, but I couldn't find the abbrev. I think I found them, today.

Thanks.

Make sure it is the 9th edition of LS. Anything else is just going to be outdated. Heck, for that matter, I only have a 7th edition myself, but then LS is good primarily for Classical and not Koine.
