Blood of fish.

God gave all flesh man to eat but prohibited blood, so it's been since Noah.
Jews who keep kashrut don't eat blood of animals. Also some Christian don't eat blood because of New Testament rules to them.

Why this prohibition not fall under fish in Judaism?
Essenes in book of The Damascus Document give order to pour blood out to fish also.

Doesn't it? Unless the Rabbinical Authorities have specifically said that it isn't required to pour out the blood of fish, I would think you might be confusing Judaism with something else.
