The Semantics of Modern Christian Orthodoxy:

1) God, the Father, is Reality.

[Gen. 1:1 In the beginning God, (The Universal Force, the Father, Reality), created the heaven and the earth.]

2) Truth concerns what is real and what is false.

[John 3:21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light (of Reality), that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God, (Reality).]

3) Jesus is the Truth.

[John 1:17 For (the Word), the law, (Torah), was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.]

4) Reality is the Father of Truth.

[John 1:14 And the Word, (God, the Father), was made flesh, (in Jesus, the Truth), and dwelt among us, ... full of grace and truth.]

5) The human mind is the interlocutor between Reality and Truth.

[John 3:21 But he, (in the spirit of his thinking), that doeth truth (in the way of Christ) cometh to the light (of Reality), that his deeds (which follow from such thoughts) may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God, (the concrete reality of the Universe)].

6) Reality is everything outside of the mind.

[Rom. 1:20 For the (spirit-like) invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by (the material Universe), the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that... they are without excuse:]

7) The spirit of mind is connected to Reality through five sensory organs.

[John 5:30 I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge:
and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but (Truth), the will of (Reality), the Father, which hath sent me.]

8) The five senses, like the five books of Torah, (fulfilled in Christ), are the means to God, the Father, (Reality).

[John 14:10,11 Believest thou not that I am in (Reality), the Father, (interacting through my sensory perception), and the Father, (reality, thereby is) in me?...
Believe me that I, (Truth), am in (Reality), the Father, and the Father in me:]

9) The five senses bring data by which to know the truth of reality.

[All things are delivered unto me, (the Truth), of my Father, (Reality): and no man knoweth the Son, (Truth), but the Father; neither knoweth any man (Reality), the Father, save the Son, (in Truth), and he to whomsoever the Son, (the truth), will reveal him. Matt. 11:27]

10) For thinking to be sane it must model the truth of reality.

[ John 4:24 God, (the trinity of Reality, Truth, and sane Mental Spirit), is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him, (reality), in (the holy mental) spirit and in truth, (Christ).]

11) Salvation requires sane behavior in an accomodation of Reality.

[John 4:24; 5:34 But I receive not testimony from man: but these things I say, that ye might be saved. God, (Reality), is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in (the holy) spirit (of mind) and in (Christ), truth.]

12) Salvation rests in compatibility with Reality.

[John 3:21; 8:32 But he that doeth truth, (acts as a son of God, Reality), cometh to the
light (of compatibility with reality), that his deeds (in the spirit of
his holy thinking) may be made manifest (in the concrete world), that they are wrought in (Reality), God. And ye shall know the truth, (Christ), and (Christ), the truth, shall make you free.]

13) Truth requires the right Spirit to accommode Reality.

[John 4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers, (Christians), shall worship (Reality), the Father, in (sane) spirit and in (Christ), truth: for (Reality), the Father, seeketh such to worship him.]

14) Trinity

[Matt. 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of (Realiy), the Father, and of (Truth), the Son, and of (Sanity), the Holy Ghost:]

(The basic requirements of Orthodox Christians in modern semantical interpretation is to be continued.) If you wish to post in Christianity 201, okay, but you need to leave your personal Bible translation out of it, or you need to go to Unorth Theo. Thanks for cooperating

That's funny because no Orthodox Christian I've ever seen believes that. Wait, come to think of it, no orthodox christian I've ever seen believes that either.

There are twelve different major mainstream Orthodox denominations, and certainly they differ to some extent. But most all belive different parts, isn't it true?

1) "Jesus is the Truth."

Uhm, there aren't denominations in Orthodoxy. There are jurisdictions, but they are in communion with each other.
