This question is for muslims only, please. I am not trying to start a debate, but answer a question.
In another thread we were discussing the fact that Christianity is exclusive (you must believe in the Gospel of Christ before you can get to heaven)
and I mentioned that Islam is also exclusive. That to get to heaven, muslims have certain criteria that only they meet. Such as believing that Allah is one and Mohommed is his prophet, and following the 5 pillars of Islam.
I was told I was wrong and that the muslims believe that people who do not believe in Allah and do not recognize Mohommed and do not follow the 5 pillars of Islam, they can still get into heaven.
Please let me know what Islam teaches about salvation, what one must do to get into heaven, etc.
