Two small spots near the sliding glass door. :frown:
Rains are not supposed to even turn to showers until Sunday.

Your house built on a cement slab? Foundations settle and crack over time. Spackle and paint the crack. Foundation repair might be an option. $$$$ As long as the doors don't jam I wouldn't worry about it too much.

As of yesterday it stopped raining. I think maybe I misunderstood the weather (I stopped watching the news for the most part a while ago). It is supposed to start showering again later today. My dad and brother were up on the roof fixing the tarps yesterday, so hopefully that will help prevent more leaks. The insurance claims guy is coming tomorrow, not that the insurance is expected to cover much. The insurance company is as bad with home coverage in my family's experience as they are good with cars.

Good for you.

Hopefully they find the leak if they are only going to patch the roof. Water tends to travel making it hard to find the source of the leak.

Make sure to watch your insurance rates. It would probably be better to find out if the roof is still under warranty first.

BTW, everything that has/is been going on has a certain spiritual warfare compunent going on. That is what should be prayed about.

Glad to hear of the roof repair on the way!

And the devil may indeed be pulling wires behind the scenes, but we know who made the wires! And who made the devil, who just winds up doing God's people good, no matter what he tries. May the Lord give grace to hold on, while the wind is blowing...
