I have created a scaled down menu simulating the javascript one except it relies solely on CSS for the Lite skin. if you are experiencing any issues with javascript on any of the other skins, this one should work. Keep in mind that this popup menu is not compatible with any version of IE (at least until IE decides to become standards compliant) so in the event that you are using IE you will be presented with a standard basic menu in it's place.
