Actually, now that you mention it, I knew it looked vaguely familiar! I only ever played some of the lesser-known FF's - FF Legend 2 and 3, both for Gameboy. I think that guy was in FFL2, and just like you said, I could never beat him, but you didn't need to, either... :sad: He wasn't called 'cactaur', though, he was called 'Haniwa'. :shrug:

Okay, time for a rant.

Yesterday, I drove through 6 hours of rain only to find out that the plane I was supposed to be on was delayed. It left 3 hours late, causing me to miss my connecting flight in Cincinnati. Once there, I found out that the only remaining flight to Little Rock was overbooked, but I got put on the standby list just in case. That flight ended up leaving at 1:20 AM, 3.5 hours late. It turned out there was a seat for me, but I didn't know until 1:00 or so. When I got to Little Rock, the rental car agency was closed. :argh: Fortunately, a co-worker happened to be going to the same town I was, and he gave me a ride there. I hoped to connect with another co-worker who was going to the same site I was in the morning. Anyway, we got to the hotel about 4:45 AM. I got an hour's sleep, then tried to contact my co-worker. The phone in my room would not dial out. :argh::argh::argh: I tried the pay phone in the lobby, which ate my money with zero results. The repairman finally came in at 8:00. He got to my room about 9:30, where it was discovered that they had not turned on the phone from the front desk when I was checked in. Now I needed to get a rental car, because the job site was an hour's drive away from the hotel. I finally got the car about 12:30, about the time my co-worker arrived to pick me up. After eating lunch, I finally got to the job site about 2:00. :whew:
