How can I find out a way to remove spyware from my computer?

I've heard that SpyBot is very good, but I like AdAware. It's free, easy, and gets the job done. http://lavasoft.de

Thanks for the info... It caught over 150 apps. on my computer that Norton securty missed.

Nortan isn't a spyware scanner. But, IMO, spyware is just like a virus.; and should be caught. :eek:
