What's the difference, if any, between the terms Grand Narrative and Meta-Narrative?

According to Dictionary of Sociology they are synonymous.

The way I use the terms....

There are several meta-narratives that combine to form the "Grand Narrative".

The Meta-Narrative of exile for example is only one part of the "Grand Narrative" of Israel.
