I would like to do a trial of reverting back to a ticket-based system for our Front Desk (http://www.theologyweb.com/forum/helpdesk.php?). So you will notice a change in how things are handled, hopefully this will be more efficient. If not I will simply reopen the current Front Desk back to forum based.

Is there a way to look up someone else's tickets, or to find the threads from the old helpdesk to see if they've been resolved yout?
