Simple rules. I post a picture from a TV show and you try to guess (one guess per post, one post per individual per picture or clue) what it is (or was, most likely). If there are no correct answers after 5 guesses, I will post a clue. Another clue will follow after another 5 guesses and so on.
Here's the first picture:

Ah, Automan. What's next? The short-lived Isaac Asimov-created series, Probe?

Okay, that frightening that you got that so fast. Not so much that you actually got it, but that there are people other than me who remember it.

Oh, that was the name of that series. I remembered it, just not the name.

It looks like an episode of Twilight Zone, when it first came out in color episodes, I think in the late Seventies or early eighties. It was an episode in which every universe lasted only a minute, and every minute the entire human race was transported from one old one-minute universe to the next one-minute universe. One person was transported too far in advance, enough to see a future one-minute universe still being constructed by people with blue faces.

Yep. It was a segment of an episode of the Twilight Zone series that came out in the mid-80s. The story was called "A Matter of Minutes" and was about a married couple who woke up to find that they had jumped forward in time (just a few hours). The future turned out to be under construction by blue workers led by a man dressed in yellow (iirc). Each minute was a different construction project that people moved through. The yellow man showed the couple a minute in the far future where work had only just begun. It was mostly white (as were parts of more recent minutes where people would not be). As the couple now knew the big secret, the yellow man warned them that they couldn't return to the normal flow of time. They escaped, however, and were able to evade the yellow man and the blue workers until the rest of the world caught up to the minute they were in. They feared that the world would pass them by, so they anxiously waited as the next minute approached and were relieved when they remained a part of the normal flow of time. As they started home, the man found a blue wrench that had accidentally been left behind by one of the workers. "Oops."

Yep. Teallaura was on the right track. Same star: Greg Evigan. I didn't think it looked a lot like him in that picture, though.

Okay, it's been too long without any guesses, so here's your first clue: the plot behind this TV series began with the family pictured visiting the Great Pyramid.

I remember the TV show, but not the name. Isn't this where a family wandered into a wormhole while boating in the "Bermuda Triangle"and ended up in Atlantis or some other such place:shrug: ?

I know I've seen this one but I really don't remember anything about it. I looked again on the computer at work (my monitor is dying) but it didn't help. I give.

Time for another clue: this family was transported to another planet and had to follow a line of henge-like (iirc) stones in order to find their way home.

The name of the show began with a vowel and was a compound word.

Somewhat. I read upside down a lot better.

It was another one of those shows that was cancelled faster than you can blink. I think it goes without saying that the setting was medieval.

The Old Gypsy Woman Says:
http://www.tvtome.com/tvtome/servlet/ShowMainServlet/showid-1107/Covington_Cross/
This is a fanciful drama about life in medieval England for Sir Thomas, a widower, and his four children. Richard and Armus are stalwart young knights, but the other two children only wish they were. Cedric is in training to be a cleric as his late mother wished. Eleanor finds it difficult because of her sex, although she is as good on a horse and with a crossbow as any man. (Another son, William, left for the Crusades after the pilot episode and was barely mentioned again.)
Sir Thomas has developed a relationship with Lady Elizabeth, who lives in her own castle nearby. Their other neighbor, Baron John Mullens, is continually plotting to ruin Sir Thomas and take his land.
The series was filmed on location at Allington Castle and Penshurst Place in Kent.
The series' chances were dimmed when it was postponed by ABC for several weeks after the first episode, and then again was pre-empted when presidential candidate Ross Perot purchased the timeslot for a campaign commercial.
