Im looking for a good source of mission information. I'd like to get some information on missions to over seas places. I meet a man, who the next morning left for Cambodia, to teach people about christianity under the threat of death.

If people have resources for me to get into contact with organizations it would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I am sorry, I did not see this earlier. Here is some information that may be of help. They are inter-denominational, so I hope that helps. You could ask through your own church too, as with my church, one can go on short term missions of two to three weeks, to 6 months, to more.

www.om.org/ (Operation Mobilization)

Here is a web site with some missions news
www.mnnonline.org
(Clik on the 'missions group' section, and then clik on the 'Mission Sending Agencies' that should get you a lot of info.) I've heard good things about 'Mission Aviation Fellowship', 'Gospel for Asia' and SIM. I hope this helps, and God will lead you.

If you and your church are interested in helping indigenous pastors/missionaries in "closed" countries, please see www.christianaid.org (http://www.christianaid.org) Even small donations can help, and these believers are persecuted and sometimes put to death.
