I did a research paper on Nicea that produced two very surprising historical tidbits.
First, Eusebius of Caesarea, the church historian, had definite Arian leanings at least prior to the Council.
Second- Constantine was baptized by Eusebius of Nicomedia- an avowed Arian.
Very curious indeed.
