I was just curious, do rabbis use current tools such as the Gomco clamp, or do they have a set of ancient tools

If I were the one being circumcised I would prefer the gomco clamp. Any Jews who do not use the proper modern tools should start doing so as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!
