Allow me to add a couple of books

1. I Want to be Left Behind, by Ted Noel
This work examines the foundations of Dispensationalism. It shows that the wooden literalism, radical separation between the Jews and the church, and displacement of the 70th week of Daniel into the future are all false. It then shows that the Fall Festivals of Israel are the calendar of end-times.

2. How to Understand the End-Time Prophecies of the Bible, by Hans LaRondelle
This work is a careful examination of end-times prophecies that allows scripture to interpret itself.

3. The Israel of God in Prophecy, by Hans LaRondelle
This work carefully examines the Old Testament prophecies of "Israel" showing that the key issue is that those who repent are the "Israel" that will receive the promises. Genetics is not involved in redemption or promise.

4. The Israel of God, by O. Palmer Robertson.
This work examines the name "Israel" throughout scripture, showing that it means the people who have been chosen by God to do his missionary work and endowed with the power to carry it out. Genetics is not part of the definition of the Israel of God.

Hey Dee Dee, check your PMs.

Those that ive been able to find since adopting the preterist view are:

Last Days According to Jesus by Sproul

End Times Fiction by DeMar

DeMars article in Four Views on The Book of Revelation

Days of Vengenance by Chilton.

So far ive enjoyed Sprouls and Chiltons the most.

Am I the only one that still watches "International Intelligence Briefing" with Hal Lindsey every night at 8:30? :hrm:

Hey all you eschatologians out there: what are your favorite eschatology books?
You may want to check out The End Times Passover, by Joe Ortiz a former radio-TV talk show host. In addition to refuting the Pre-Tribulation Rapture, he discusses deeply why Christians will experience great tribulation. It's a must read for all eschatologists.

Last Days Madness: Obsession of the Modern Church by Gary Demar
Perilous Times: A Study in Eschatological Evil by Kenneth Gentry
Jesus, Paul, and the End of the World by Ben Witherington

I've read others and enjoyed them, but I thought these three were the best.

P.S. It was Kenneth Gentry who wrote the preterist view in Four Views on Revelation. For a more complete list of preterist works, see DeeDeeWarren's The Preterist List www.preteristlist.com.

If Christians endure the great tribulation of this passage, what is the point of the advice to flee Judea if it will catch them outside of Judea?

Hey all you eschatologians out there: what are your favorite eschatology books? My favorite book on eschatology is Things to Come by J. Dwight Pentecost.

Also, for a thorough treatment of premillennialism, I recommend The Theocratic Kingdom by George N.H. Peters.
