I'm just curious how much sleep y'all get in a typical night. I'm an extremely light sleeper, so I may be "asleep" for 8 hours or so, I never am rested and am usual in and out of consciousness all night long. So I figure I get maybe 3-5 hours of "good" sleep a night. Though I'm finding that if I drink milk before I go to bed, I wake up less often during the night and am more well rested.

What about y'all?

I have phases... At the moment, I'm trying to get 8 good hours, but I'm getting closer to 4 good hours and 2 so-so hours.

I get around 12 hours, but that's with tossing and turning. I have to stay in bed that long because I don't really get to sleep until the last 6-8 hours.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with RI.... :hehe:

Eight hours for me - I use to be able to sleep much longer, but now my internal clock won't let me. Whether I set the alarm or not, once I hit the eight hour mark, I am awake.

But I do admit that when on occassion I find something interesting on the net, I become engrossed in reading and then I get only 6 hours sleep.

I get three to 5. School, work, and the baby take my time.

I slept 10.5 hours the other night, but that was because I slept only 3 hours the night before. Usually I wake up after 4-5 hours, then go back to sleep for another 1-2.
