Okay, this may not seem much of an accomplishment to some people, and not very helpful to anyone since anyone who reads this is ON Tweb, but here it goes:
I use a laptop and I am on Charter cable internet. I was not getting to the new server, although when I took my laptop to work I was (we are on Bellsouth).
I cleared my cache and etc. and still no go. Finally I tried to get a couple of DNS server addresses that may work - to no avail.
Finally i went to RUN --->typed "command" ------>at the command prompt i typed "ipconfig/all"------->I found my DNS servers - which i was pulling automatically (DHCP)------->I knew the primary wasn't working b/c i couldn't get on TWEB------>So i took note of the alternate DNS server and then i opened up my Network Connections ---------->checked the IP properties --------> and set my primary DNS as the one i took note of from ipconfig ------> cleared my cache again, and yeah!!!!!! i'm in!
