You're missing out here; the hot "threads" are somewhere else on this site; I've been having fun with this knowledge there, but there are so many "threads" in this site, I've got to look some more to find the current one?!!!!

Possible, but highly unlikely. In revelation it speaks of the church as the bride of Christ, which likely precludes the possibility that Christ had an earthy feminine bride.

"One of the seven angels who had the seven bowls full of the seven last plagues came and said to me, "Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the Lamb." And he carried me away in the Spirit to a mountain great and high, and showed me the Holy City, Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God." -Revelation 21:9-10 (NIV)

However, it is my personal opinion (I may be wrong) that one of Jesus's purposes in assuming human form was to create a more personable savior, one who could relate intimately with the normal human condition. This could perhaps include taking a wife, and would have no detrimental effect to my faith.

I would recomend a look at wickapedia under Pierre Plantard.

He is the originator of this myth and pulled a 3 year sentence for forgery and fraud in relation to this very matter.

They always do that to those who tell the truth, don't they?

There is some discussion about this subject; but theologically the only possible answer is that the church was the bride of Jesus Christ and therefore - unless he failed his mission - Jesus did not marry Mary Magdalene.

Anyway, everything is possible, but it's all pure speculation, about as interesting as whether the Invisible Pink Unicorn is really green (if it is invisible, what difference does its color make?).
