Over-Addicted to Fan Forum

I joined a Duran Duran fan forum message board a few years ago and I can't stop posting and discussing stuff that mostly is really very unimportant. Sometimes one or two people are very aggressive and rude and it gets me wound up. I want to leave it, but find myself going back for more... How do I stop?
