We just started Evangelism Equipping for this semester (I'm in the 2nd semester) and for our class we are reading the book "One thing you can't do in Heaven" (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0964366584/qid=1125589411/sr=8-2/ref=pd_bbs_2/104-0989626-2561568?v=glance&s=books&n=507846) by Mark Cahill.
The first chapter (this is all I've read, trying not to get overly ambitious and read the whole book in advance of our assignments) reminds us that there is one thing we won't be able to do in Heaven - which is sharing our faith with unbelievers. It also reminds us that to get good at anything we need to practice (the author used to be a basketball player at Auburn University and uses that skill as an example). So far it seems like a motivating book, right in line with the class we are taking (Witnessing as a Way-Of-Life).
I'm excited to work through the book over the next 13 weeks, especially after reading the comments in Amazon about it.
Has anyone else read or heard of this book?
