Hi OkCarral. Let's look at your question.
There won't be much honestly. I'm a Protestant myself, but I have mainly stuck to asking these questions.
Who do they say Jesus is?
What do they believe about the Trinity?
Do they believe in salvation by grace through faith?
Do they believe Jesus rose physically from the dead?
If they say "Yes", then cool. They're in.
Other than that, there are some differences. I really don't look at them much because they're nothing ultimately substantial. They're my family in Christ, and I should respect the way they choose to worship.
On historical revisionism though, I'd like some examples.
