I've re-entered therapy for the third time in my life. And I'm going to be doing some really diffcult things. Things that sound so, so easy when I say them but doing them is so hard.
That's really all I want to say right now. I just need to let it out this anxiety in me about this.

Thanks guys!
I was really at a low point this afternoon, just THINKING about what I was going to do. But I just cried to my mom for about 20 minutes and feel better about the whole thing. Well not stellar but stronger.

What sort of things are bothering you, if you don't mind me asking? Have you been diagnosed with anything? I'm fascinated by psychology and am a patient of it myself.

AHAHAHAHAHA!
Generalized Anxiety Disorder, so I'm pretty worried all the time (or used to be before I started Lexapro) but I have panic attacks related to eating mostly in restraunts.

My best friend used to have panic attacks after his brother died, and I can't understand how he felt, but the way he described them, they were rough...! I'm praying you, Twilly... You're not alone...! Right...!

Good luck. I did a little bit of that sort of thing when I was really down in the dumps several years ago.

You are, indeed, not alone. I have social anxiety disorder that was so severe at one time (until recently) that I couldn't leave the house during the day.
I also type medical reports for a psychiatric clinic. Until you paint a mural on your bedroom wall made out of your own bodily fluids, you have nothing to worry about

Ewwww weak stomach, hence some food issues.
Well I did my task this weekend. And it went really well, I think I had more panic attacks just thinking about it that morning and earlier last week than on the actual trip.
Your prayers are so nice everyone.
Hamster, a good friend of mine has that problem after one of her sorority sister's boyfriends yelled obscenties at her from outside their house and hit her car with a bat.
