A couple of proof texts.

1 John 3:3

"And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure."

2 Timothy 2:21

"Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work."

This is clearly synergistic - correct?

Hey j, try switching to Catholic bashing for awhile. This Calvin/Arminian hack job is SOOO worn out.

And if you think the freewillers positions are any better off you are sadly mistaken and the Calvinists are being much kinder to you than I would be...;)

Love arouses the things in men until they become nearly uncontrollable and desire to kill The Word Ormly. That's why Jesus sent His Spirit rather than His flesh.

The sign of arousal of those things in men is false accusation but of course you know that and continue the practice anyway.
